RE: REQUEST FOR DISMISSAL OF COMPLAINT

To Whom It May Concern:

Please accept this letter as a formal request to dismiss the complaint(s) previously filed by CFR Investments LLC and/or Chad Rogers regarding the real estate transaction involving the property located at 7206 Whalens Hideaway Street, Plant City, FL 33563, in which Pinellas Equities LLC acted as Seller.

The parties have reached a full and final settlement agreement. All disputes related to this transaction, including but not limited to the purchase and sale agreement, the deposit, and any representations made in connection therewith, have been resolved to the mutual satisfaction of all parties involved.

Accordingly, CFR Investments LLC and Chad Rogers respectfully request that any and all complaints filed with this Commission relating to the above-referenced transaction be dismissed and closed without further action.
