Justin,

Please find attached the fully executed Settlement and Release Agreement for the above-referenced property.

I have reviewed the agreement and am signing it as follows:
- CFR Investments LLC
- Chad Rogers, individually

Once you have the agreement countersigned by all parties, please confirm and proceed with the wire transfer of the $7,500.00 settlement payment to the account listed in Exhibit A.

Per Section 2 of the agreement, I will submit the request to dismiss the Real Estate Commission complaints immediately upon receipt of the settlement payment. I will provide you with a copy of that dismissal request for your records.
